Is it safe to transact with

Yes, it is safe. We are responsible for each transaction by holding the payment fee and process it to the seller only if the good(s) have been dispatched by the vendor, received and confirmed by the buyers. So full follow up will be done by Maido and we intend to make sure that the customer will get his/her goods

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted only after the following occurs.

  • If the size, brand or the dimensions of the ordered product is not the same as the one ordered or when goods have been delivered in excess of the order made.

  • If the packed product delivered is found tampered with on arrival at the clients premises.

  • If received products or materials are defective or malfunction. This should be reported within (Days/hours) NB:Client should confirm items delivered before signing delivery.

  • If the quality of the received material or product doesn't match with manufacturers specification.

Who pays for the delivery cost?

Delivery fee is paid by the buyer except for goods that have an offer of free shipping.

How long does it take to have my order delivered?

1.  Maido Delivery - Pick-up, Van and Bike: Products shall be delivered to Customers within 1 business day.

2.  Maido Delivery – 10T, 5T and 3T trucks: Products shall be delivered to customers within 2 business day

What do I do if my order is not delivered and I have already paid?

In case, the supplier is unable to deliver the order after you make the payment, our team will process the refund to your bank account within ( _ to _ ) working days after receipt of your bank details.

How can I know the status of my order?

On the customer login page, you will be able to see the status of your order. Our customer support shall maintain a consistent communication to ensure your order is delivered within the projected time.

What do I do if I received an incorrect order?
