2.2. Schedule

2.2.1.  Maido Delivery - Pick-up, Van and Bike: Products shall be delivered to Customers within 1 business day

2.2.1.1.  Fulfillment/packaging: The Vendor shall prepare and fulfill the product within 3 hours from after the payment completion from Customers

2.2.1.2.  Delivery to the delivery agent: Afri-inc shall dispatch vehicles within 4 hours from after the payment completion from Customers

2.2.2.  Maido Delivery - 10, 5 and 3 tonne trucks: Products shall be delivered to customers within 2 business days

2.2.2.1.  Fulfillment/packaging: Vendor shall prepare and fulfill the products within 4 hours from after the payment notice

2.2.2.2.  Delivery to the delivery agent: Afri-inc shall dispatch vehicles within 1 business day after the payment notice

2.2.3.  Vendor’s Delivery: The Vendor shall deliver to customer within 2 business days


2.3.   Insurance of transportation: In case if both parties found damages at the time of transportation after leaving the Vendor’s premises to the place of delivery designated by customers, Afri-inc and our partners will take care of the transportation costs.


3.       Sales and purchase agreement

Sales Purchase Agreement between the Buyer and Seller is considered to have occurred, valid and agreed by the Buyer and Seller and therefore binding both buyers and sellers after these 2 (two) conditions are carried out:

  • Order on the Platform transmitted, sent or submitted by the Buyer to the Seller through platforms; and

  • Seller gives notification to the Buyer that the Seller accepts orders that are transmitted, delivered or submitted as mentioned above


4.       Product Warranty

Product warranty by the Buyer including replacement, repair or refund of Product defects either obvious or hidden, broken, do not fit the description and specification and / or malfunctions (“hereinafter referred to as “Defective Product”) as described in the specification product on the Platform (“Product Warranty”).

 

Sellers are required to explain completely, accurately and up to date on the relevant Product Warranty. The following terms and conditions are on the part of the product specification Platform. Changes to Product Warranty by Seller is not retroactive, meaning that any changes to the terms and conditions of the warranty of a product do not affect or apply to the terms and conditions of the warranty of the products have been purchased by the buyer, so that both the Seller and the Buyer remain comply with the terms and conditions of the warranty the products have been sold prior to the changes as referred above.

 

5.       Responsibility for Defective Products

5.1.     When order accepted by Buyer: In terms of availability of Products Warranty on Defective Product when orders received by the buyer, however, before the product warranty expires, the Sellers are required to adhere and fulfill the commitments, policies and regulations concerning the Product Warranty.

5.2.     Exclusion of Seller Responsibility: Seller is not responsible for Product Defects arising or related to crime, lawlessness, natural disasters and / or errors or omissions Buyer or other parties, namely:

5.2.1.  fall, misuse, lack of maintenance, improper use, due to intentional wrongdoing;

5.2.2.  Errors or omissions when following manuals, instructions for use, guidelines, installation, modification or product changes without the written approval from the Seller or third parties other than the Seller, errors in carrying out maintenance or repair carried out by any party who is not given authorization by the Seller;

5.2.3.  storage condition or environment that do not correspond with the products (for instance, the conditions of temperature and humidity, as a result of variation of electrical voltage, viruses and parasites from many sources, the damages caused by power lines or soil contamination), fair wear, interventions (including opening or trying to open the Product);

5.2.4.  The use of products, components, accessories, materials as well as replacement as well as spare parts that do not fit or counterfeit products.

 

6.       Return Policy

The return policy is in accordance with the provisions of the purchase of products regulated by each seller. Each Seller must describe return provisions regarding defective or faulty products according to the procedures or internal product return policy (if any and regulated so) and it should be based on the evidence and the obvious reason of the Buyer.
